Dude I'm super tired. I don't disagree with a ton of what you wrote there, and I think the stuff that I do disagree on is stuff that we're never going to agree on. I might respond, but if I do it'll be, uh, later in the morning.

Is it even possible to judge how offended and outraged people actually are over an issue nowadays? It seems some people blogging/tweeting/whatever about being offended somehow got newsworthy lately. Then other people with opposing views get outraged about that and by the end of the day it's all a big pile of flamewars and straw man arguments.

if i were dictator i'd ban any and all gender related blogs and youtube vids and just force feminists and men's rights activists to fight each other with swords and other old school weapons like maces and ****

I have a sexist complaint about the film: Elizabeth Olsen is nowhere near attractive enough to play Scarlet Witch :mad:

Agreed, but I'm more bothered that she just wasn't that great.

Another thing that would be vastly interesting that they would never in a million years do would be to include the original Ant-Man, Hank Pym, rather than Scott Lang. I imagine the instant a protagonist's hand touches his wife's cheek, PG-13 goes R, which Marvel wouldn't allow in a million years, but it's a storyline that would be fascinating given the current family friendly tone of the MCU.
