There are 2 possible results in a Trump vs Clinton election in November:

1. Hillary wins, it which event Bernie supporters like myself will oppose her every step of the way (aside from a few social issues where I tend to more or less agree with her) and look forward to 2020. I believe there's < 10% chance that Hillary loses.

2. Trump somehow pulls it off, if this happens we're all completely fucks unless our name is Donald Trump

Looks like I'll be getting a name change.

That would play right into the GOP's congressional hands though.

I get supporting Bernie but to go so strong against Hillary is too much.

I can understand it. Hillary is exactly the opposite of Bernie in almost everything that's wrong with America. Hillary is corruption, Hillary is the broken campaign finance system, Hillary will get us into more war, tbh if there wasn't a Supreme Court vacancy that the Republicans are TOO STUPID to fill with Merrick Garland, just about the least liberal appointment Obama could have made, I'd be tempted to fly with the Bernie or Bust advocates myself. They believe that, if we can't have the revolution in 2016 then Trump would virtually guarantee it in 2020.

I'd agree with you that the price is too high.

Paul Smeenus 04-22-2016 06:35 PM

I should quickly clarify that Hillary will probably pick Garland too, but in yet another compromise I'd rather have Garland for 10-20 years than whoever Trump might tap. *shudder*

It pains me to say that I agree with 90% of what he says here. Well done, Trump.
