There are people fighting against payday loans. Local community groups and even Elizabeth Warren is as well.

I don't think it's an issue that can't be rectified. Yes it will be a long fight but it won't be around forever.

But from what I understand it's one of those things where they pass one law and the payday asshats get around it with two workarounds.

Yeah, I think that's how they have been doing it. It is like a huge shell game but I feel like there is a way to nip that in the bud that is being worked on.
