Hey, that's my home town boy you're talking about. I'm just pointing out a fact, carry on.

As an outsider, not into or au fait with American politics much, it's quite amusing to sit back and look at the wildly diverging view of Democrats vs Republicans.

In general:
Democrats: We must save this planet for our children!
Republicans: **** saving the planet! It's all crap anyway!
D: We should talk to ISIS and Syria, get round a table, cup of tea, sort it out
R: Let's go in and BOMB those mother****ers back to the Stone Age!
D: Biggest threat today? Global warming.
R: Same question? ISIS and/or Iran.
D: A woman has a right to a say about her body
R: Bitches will do what we tell them to!
D: Path to citizenship for immigrants
R: Build a wall and deport the ****ers!

and so on. How do they ever find common ground, or do they?

Our country has had a perfect credit rating since forever, until the Republicans and Democrats made such a pissing match over passing the yearly federal budget that they couldn't even pass it in time, lowering our credit rating. There is no common ground and until there is then voting is in many ways pointless.

Do Democrats want to sit at a table with ISIS? I wasn't under that impression. Assad, maybe, but Putin kind of has other options taken off the table in the UN. Iran, definitely, and Republicans hate that.

NO. It's the GOP that refuses to vote on this unless they get their anti-abortion rites in. (pandering to the base) Planned Parenthood has become the battleground between the logical politicos and the 40 or so extreme republican Nazis.

The Nazis are holding this country hostage over Roe vs. Wade. Bet every single one of the so called freedom coalition has a young mistress holed up in a Washington hotel room somewhere.

**** them.

Yeah, the Republicans are the worst offenders, but the Democrats are almost as much to blame. Whatever hope I had for Obama died when he got elected, and rather than try to build bridges with the Republicans, he antagonized them further as if he was still on the campaign trail and not leading a ****ing country. **** both sides.

Of course. Lesser of two evils.

So we go the route of slow death? Meh. Vote Trump, just to expose what a joke our political system is.

As long as he doesn't **** with my SS, go for it. A good laugh is always a good thing. Wouldn't be the first time we elected a buffoon based on the general public's ignorance/naivety.

GO TRUMP, GO!
