That's just self-indulgent nonsense. We live in a society that is acculturated to believing in gods. People are raised from birth to think that believing in a deity makes perfect sense, either by their parents or simply because they are influenced by a religious society as a whole. So it's not like they're deciding to believe in a sky daddy in a vacuum. Their impartiality has been co-opted. It's perfectly possible to be a straight-up genius and go to church every Sunday, just likes it's perfectly possible to be a stupid atheist.
