Do you think that attracting people to the alt-right wipes diminishes that justification?

Or sense of sympathy?

Violence against the alt-right is idiotic and only results in making the attacker feel good about themselves for being a thug who gets to brag about what a macho **** they are. But Spencer getting a flying punch to the head is funny regardless.

Humour and ethics are two different discussions. I think we can all agree that it's a hilarious video.

That's fair.

Why isn't it wrong? Does it advance dialogue? Does it make them see the error of their ways? Does it not stiffen their resolve? Does it not communicate to them that you are not on a higher moral level than them? You talk about MLK but ultimately ignore what is both a morally superior ideology and a pragmatic method of shaming the other side into silence at the very least and possibly even changing their view point.

Like, what would someone have to say to get you to lose it?

Strictly speaking, it would never be ok to respond with violence.

Do you think that increasing the amount of support behind Spencer will make it more or less likely that Nazis are going to have the power to put the gun to your back?

That's not what I asked.
