Should perma-banned members be given another chance?

If JWB hadn't made numerous accounts after his ban, then, and this was the real kicker, offering me I think $25 was it (?) to remove the ban, more accounts, more bull****... yeah, maybe things would be different now.

I think I explained this at some point many moons ago, but there was no conversation in question. Batlord bullied a new member who happened to be a 16 year old girl, calling her a slut, so I had the ban scope trained on his pathetic ass. He fell into my sights, and bam. I worked alone on that, but my decision was overturned with him being a top contributor to the site at the time being cited as key. *shrug* What ever. My thought process was that if we let Batlord get away with this kind of bull****, the floodgates would open and other members would follow suit. That's when I stopped doing 'mod' things. I may have a name in blue, but that's it. That's the extent of it. I asked to be unmodded a long time ago, but still... here we are. I just try to post neat stuff and go about my business.

To be fair, Bats has been pretty behaved for a while now. The Frown/Chula sh*t would still have happened and OH is a lunatic regardless of the existence of Bats.
