i know who im voting for.one girl running for state rep went to my high school (Theresa Govert). the medium size/small towns in Connecticut take their polictics really serious. signs everywhere and people even out waving to cars.

then Ned Lamont for governer and Joe Courtney for congress. then im actually going to vote for a republican if shes on my ballot but i think shes just for another town. if i can vote for her i will because my friend made her campaign video.

So, you are voting for one "girl" because she went to the same high school as you

and

another woman because your friend made her campaign video.

Am I understanding this correctly?

Thinking that "they're pretty bad" is one thing,
but when you use the phrase "just as bad"
(the same as the "as much as" equivalency
from Psy-Fi), then you're planting falsehoods.

It's awfully echochambery in here with little evidence to support claims. Good job everyone, this is how the internet is supposed to be.

Equivocate. It takes an absence of moral center to become a politician for either of the two major parties.

Mostly ja, but it's not so much of an inherent rule.

So we have Prop. 2 here in Utah which is for medical marijuana.

There's video of people driving around to places with signs in their yards supporting Prop. 2 stealing their ballots from their mail boxes.

It looks like what passed in Florida. Don’t lose your dealer’s number.

I see. So, the oppressed are just as bad as the oppressor
by not addressing the issue in a speedier or more thorough
manner (or just plain not having their desires addressed properly).
BTW: it's an every ten-year effort.
