Who stood by while over a quarter of a million Americans died, pretending CV19 did not exist, pretending (once he had had to admit it existed) that it was going away when it was only getting stronger, who used armed troops against peaceful protesters and who refused to accept the result of a democratic election. That's a lot for future history professors to discuss.
