I'm not sure if I like that better or worse. At least if you know it's moderated, you have to really put in the effort before you hit send. I think this will be the end of my guts, from now on. Taking the time to type out what I want to say and say it in a way that is not super bitchy, instead of rapidly firing back was something I liked about it being modded.

I think it's safe to say that this thread has gone away from it's original intentions and has now become a "I wonder if I can get this person riled up" thread or a "let's see if people will react toward me more" thread. I also think it should have been in the lounge in the first place. Just delete posts they find offensive, less work for mods.

I think that was the original intention of the thread. I think it moved away from the format of making lists of peoples names and saying things to rile up or compliment people and moved into the direction a meandering discussion. I guess moving it here is to reflect the disapproval of the direction the thread has taken by the a mod (or mods) and showing it went from a 4 star thread to a 2.5 start thread. In the past the thread was moved to Editor's Picks then back here than back again. As long it doesn't become a venue for flaming and trolling it will probably stay here.

Just because it's not in Editors picks doesn't mean it's not being moderated so take that into account the next time you deliberately try to incite a bunch of people.
As one person just found out and will be taking a 5 day vacation from the site.
