Bas behaviour is saying someone looks like a tranny because of their make up and saying a woman looks like a man for shaving their hair off.

By basing it on their behaviour not there looks. I don't see how critizing female members looks harshly adds value to the thread. I don't recall any men having their looks critized in this thread but I could be mistaken.
