Caribou/Manitoba
Anyone else stoked that they re-issued the Manitoba albums Up in Flames and Start Breaking My Heart under this gentleman's new name Caribou (post all the lawsuit BS)?

dude, caribou is so sick.
i saw snaith live a month or so ago and my feet STILL hurt. well im exaggerating but is was one of the best live shows ive seen recently andorra is also really good |
Nice...I need to get Up In Flames...I have heard Andorra and Milk of Human Kindness as well as the Now Start Breaking My Heart re-issue...
Up In Flames is pretty sweet, don't have any Caribou stuff.
mmm Andorra is probably my favorite release from last year.
seeing him a week from today. can't wait for Lord Leopard
I was gettin more stuff by Caribou... The Milk of Human Kindness from 2005 is awesome. I like it more than Andorra. way less airy
I love this type of electronica. Doesn't try to be pretentious, but it's still good. Andorra is great.
i love this guy. The Milk of Human Kindness is one of my favorite albums (Brahminy Kite, loooooove). Cant say I was as pleased with Andorra, although it isnt horrible. I still have to scrap up his other records.
Swim is excellent. Wasn't really sure about the move further into electronics but this one is a keeper. I'd even go so far as to say it's their best yet.
really like all he's done.. also a nice guy.. I was blathering drunk after a small gig a few years ago and was chatting to him with my friends laughing at me as i was making NO sense at all... i'm seeing him sometime this summer at a festi (can't remember which right now)
Yeah, me too, in Croatia, really excited about it....(:
I just got 2 Manitoba albums this week..Start Breaking My Heart showed up in the mail today, and I got Up In Flames the other day...is there any difference at all in the re-issue under Caribou?
