Tatu vs basshunter

I was just wondering whether people would choose Tatu or Basshunter...

The_Megatron 01-02-2008 09:30 PM

My hard drive would prefer a reformatting if faced with the choice between Tatu or Basshunter.

I think Basshunter is hilarious. He used to sing about video games and the internet I love it.

Too bad his style has changed.... =/

The_Megatron 01-09-2008 01:16 AM

Basshunter is more of a comedian than a musician.

Amaranth 03-30-2009 01:38 AM

I would have to choose basshunter,....no wait.....Tatu....no...no basshunter....
uh.....
YOU CAN'T MAKE ME CHOOSE!

Dieselboy 03-30-2009 09:19 PM

Tatu has some decent songs that are catchy and might get stuck in your head, but they are no match for "D-D-D-DOTA"

Basshunter wins, hand down imo.

presto 04-12-2009 02:35 PM

basshunter is kind of like cider in the park. Chavs like it, no one else does.

Piss Me Off 04-12-2009 02:43 PM

He's also probably one of the most instantly unlikeable people in pop music as well.

Scarlett O'Hara 04-13-2009 05:43 AM

Basshunter are great for clubs, but that's about as far as it goes. Are Tatu still even making music?

kyleargyle 04-15-2009 02:10 PM

What an odd question.

Scarlett O'Hara 04-15-2009 04:03 PM

How? Last time I checked they were making mainstream music appealing to all the sexual confused teeny boppers out there, and that seemed to have died away after a two hit wonder.

Seltzer 09-06-2009 05:53 PM

Angsty fake lesbian music or Asshunter... the choice is killing me.

lars 10-22-2009 03:56 PM

I kind of like both.. But I would have to go for Basshunter!

Some time ago, they both admitted it was a scam and one of'em (the dark haired one) has a kid with her current boyfriend. There's no tatu, but I think both are planning solo material.

Why do I know this you might wonder? Well. I dunno.

Anyways, tatu over Basshunter. If I have to pick between two failures, I might as well go for the biggest and becoming teen idols for a generation of frustrated *** people - merely as a publicity trick in order to extract cash from their pockets and those of everyone else who likes lesbians, I dunno. It leaves a bigger impression than the sad, forgettable Basshunter.

is basshunter that hilariously ("i'm laughin so hard I can't see from the tears") feminine looking guy?

Scarlett O'Hara 10-26-2009 06:24 PM

Okay I put myself to shame...it was exam time, I was going out of my mind, I was studying all the time. I went to a Basshunter concert. It released some endorphins and I had an excuse to drink too much vodka. So nothing lost other than some brain cells. Ones that I wasn't using anyway.

CanwllCorfe 10-26-2009 06:54 PM

Tatu. definitely. Basshunter is an a-hole and extremely stuck up. Look at his page

Basshunter Calendar

As you can see on the top, a nude calender of him is "THE gift of 2008". Bah.

If you like his music you should check out hands up artists like Pulsedriver, Deepforces, Megara vs. DJ Lee, and The Real Booty Babes.

FETCHER. 10-26-2009 07:01 PM

None. But if I were forced Tatu, I can only really remember all the she said though. Probably a good thing. :)

Wow. you must've been desperate  Did you enjoy it though or can't you remember?

I'm not a fan of the Eurodance stuff but he takes it to a different level. Everything is predictable, lacking in creativity and don't get me started on his lyrics (comically awful lol).

For that reason my vote goes to TATU. They just don't bother me for some reason.....

well.. Now you're gone.. A realised my love for you was strong.. And I miss you here now that you're gone.. :(

I looked up the lyrics btw...

NumberNineDream 10-30-2009 03:49 PM

t.A.T.u !! I even bought their first album lol. I was such a sucker for those two. Tho it was obvious that they were faking the lesbian thing, it was more *sadly* for their music.

I still like some of their lesser known songs (not released as singles):

And it was believable enough that Moskau is sang by t.A.T.u and not Viktoria Fersh, I guess that can be a plus in a way lol:

And the final reason is:

I can't believe Basshunters, like winning over Tatu.
