I think Dubstep is one of the only genres that you have to dig in there with your ears and find the hidden melody. It truly is a great genre. So many things happening at once and then "POW" it comes together unexpected.

Dubstep is a government hoax to make everybody feel stupid and powerless.

I think it's going to leave a mark in the electronic music scene for this period now,the 10's,or whatever it's called. That specific for the dubstep music wobble sound will become a classic sound, just like roland alpha juno's famous hoover sound was for the early 90's.Just my thought.

Dubstep thread
Couldn't find one, correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm still diving into dubstep. I love brostep, though (edgy dubstep basically). |
Dubstep was fun the first time I heard it (2010), but it gets old pretty fast. I like certain albums with dub influence, but nothing like the "brostep" you refer to. I do like certain artists like Clubroot, Burial, and Skream. Other than that, not really a genre I dug that deep into.

I conserve it. I listen to a little bit at a time throughout periods of time so I sti'l enjoy it.
