Canada Dry music for me!
It looks like the 80's, but without alcohol.

I recently got Dead Cities, Red Seas and Lost and thought it was good for what it was. What should I get next?

They're pretty good I guess...(looks at screenname)...lol

Probably my favorite band of all time as the two shows I've been to were amazing and I really enjoy all of their albums.

Saturdays=Youth had to grow on me a little, but besides UP! I love every song on the album. Teen Angst is probably my favorite song of all time after I heard it live with the true female vocals.

I saw both their shows in 2008 at the Black Cat- the one in June was good, but the Nov show was amazing as school of seven bells was a fantastic opener and the show felt more seamless than the June show.

M83 is my favorite band, next to Built To Spill. Every album is great. All time favorite song would be, We Own The Sky on Saturdays = Youth. Almost had the chance to see them live in Atlanta, GA. So pissed I couldn't make it!

Listen to Beauties Can Die if you're open enough to check out another tune. It blew me away when I heard it. I thought it was incredibly beautiful.

On my first listen to M83 I said "Huh?" Then on my second listen I was hooked. Just like that. The record I have is Saturdays= Youth. I've been playing it out. It reminds me of creepy 80s movie scores. Which I love.

P.S.- Electronica ey? I'd call it Pop. Synth Pop... or Dream Pop... or Creepy 80s Movie Score Pop. Yeah; the last one.

wow, had never really heard of M83 prior to Saturdays=Youth, but after listening to that album over and over and over I decided to check into the earlier stuff, and was very pleasantly surprised. Almost all I have listened to has been awesome. S=Y is my favorite, but this band quickly became one my favorites
