How about DJ Shadow or Boards of Canada?

thanks Stu
Emancipator is listenable. Havent got a chance to listen to the rest of them. Thievery corporation is too much singing too little music. There style is also very rap/hip-hop inspired. I also got all of Boards of canda's music as i have seen lots of praise for them. I worked my way through each album deleating every song i disliked. Im left with 12 songs which i can listen to. But only two or 3 that i love. Aquarius being one of them. It seems strange to me how they create that one song which has uniqueness and good structure but fail to do so in there many other songs. Maybe i dont get this style of muisc as i thought i did but when i listen to one of there tracks and then skip forwards 3min and it sounds exactly the same, i dont see the point of waisting the 5 minutes of my time. I would rather just clip all there songs to 1min long. HAHA. But that is only my opinion.
My search will thus continue after my holiday.
Seeing as i am a noob, somebody may adopt me.
But i will post in the relevant section.
Edit: (i am an engineer and thus i cant spell)

Hello everyone. I am looking for music similar to Death Note's soundtrack, and Tron's soundtrack.
I would be really grateful for any recommendations of music similar to those. Thanks for your help and time.

I'm looking for weird, looping music. Like chillout but a little more fucked up.

^ I still don't really know what you're looking for. Can you give me an example if you have one?

Yeah I'm trying to figure out too. Do you mean really repetitive?
