I would recommend listening to Bass Head by Bassnectar, but then again, I'm not really a large influence in this community.

His newest album is decent at best. Surprising Gogol Bordello 'remix'. It gets brownie points for being Gogol Bordello, but the mix just doesn't click that well. It's not bad, it's not great. That's where I rate Bassnectar in my books anyway, so that sounds about right...

bassnectar isn't the best dubstep producer, just the most famous.
