Hardstyle anyone?

I have more recently been listening to hardstyle, a kind of techno genre, but with really hard beats and fast rythyms. Kind of like club music.

Some good Hardstyle artists are:

Technoboy
The Prophet
Dj Luna
Dj Pavo
Dj Zany
X-Qlusive Italy

If anyone else here is into hardstyle give a shout.

I've never heard any of it. I'll check it out.

Sounds interesting. I might check it out. Can they be found online easily? I am into anything really fast because I like going crazy when I dance. I should practice on that, my last dancing session could of became redudant. I need more style and moves to it but I am not the best person to learn things from others and every time there is techno these breakdancers come out and start spinning. I like it, but this last time the guy acted like a big shot and tried to diss me because he had more talent.

Conceited.

Hardstyle sounds like it would be good to dance to, but it might be kind of fast for breakdancing. I was thinking more of a glow-stick raver type dance. I used to be good at that.

That stuff is crazy, I wish I could do that. Seems so hard and people tried to teach me by telling me to imagin a ball in my hand, I couldnt do it, really complicated cordination. I cant breakdance anyways, but I love fast music.

Yeah its definatley great. I was never great at the glowsticking, but if i had one in each hand, i made a figure eight with my right hand and followed that with my left hand, that was the first dance i ever learned.

As simple as that? Well thats cool. Ill do that if I ever get suck in such an enviroment that I should dance but dont know what to do with glowsticks. hehe, thankx.

Eltiraaz 05-29-2004 09:22 AM

no problem. It can get way more complicated with strings and designs and stuff but if you want to talk about glow sticks lets do it somewhere else please.

I love Hardstyle. I'd marry it and have it's babies if I could.
I wish I lived in The Netherlands right now, have you seen how big some of their Hardstyle parties are? *sigh* Look up some of the footage from Qlimax and Qontrol.
The Prophet played out here in April, it was rad. Hardstyle is slowly becoming a part of our scene. If Deepack came to Australia I would literally explode.
I'd die happy.
...And then if Technoboy and Tuneboy and Luna and Richy B and Dj Bulle and Activator and Citizen and Danielle Mondello and Donkey Rollers and Dj Duro and High Voltage and Hardstyle God and K-traxx and Mauro Monaci and The Prophet and Southstylers and Super Marco May and The KGB's and Jimmy the Sound and Protoxide annnnnnnnnnd TNT all came and joined Deepack... then that would indeed get me out of my grave in a second, regardless of the fact I'd just died the happiest death of all time .

I had to stop naming people, or it was going to get ugly :)
