Pink Panther wasn't aimed at children or adults-like The Simpsons. Kids liek it and so do adults. It's a universal thing.

But I see what you mean. I assumed it was aimed at children, because I always used to watch it when I was a kid.

I would say it is more of a kids cartoon because there's no real adult humour in there to my knowledge. But it's not like the Teletubbies or whatever when only the kids would enjoy it. (Well, I hope it's only kids who like it.)
