Looks like a window reflection, but I'm not really sure.

7/10 because it is monochrome. I would had been 8/10 but -1/10 for missing part of the photograph.

It's not stuttering. It's slightly rotating back and forth, so as to have a 3D effect. It's awesome. I might do some work to smooth the movement more though.

Nea: Not great, not bad. No idea who those people are. 5/10
Frownland: Not bad and Lynch rules, but I dunno... 7/10
Goofle: Looks good and Billie rules. The flowers don't quite fit. (Too big maybe?) 8/10

It seems to stutter to me. It just goes back and forward as if it's stuck in a loop. I appreciate you did a lot of work on it, but I think the general consensus seems to be that it was better as it was. Also, it does not give a 3D effect, not to me anyway...
