Certainly very close. I think I've seen worse, but don't quote me. Certainly not recently though. The closest Batty has come to dreck of this level was when he decided one night (probably while drunk) to make his sig a size seven in bright neon yellow. I'm sure we're all still going to the counselling sessions for that one!
