It's not from The Animated Series. It's from a relatively modern animated movie. DC's animated movies are honestly miles better than their live action ones.

Yeah I wish the movie had gone a bit harder R as it clearly used a lot of cute little workarounds to suggest greater violence but it still picks it's moments to venture out of PG-13. I imagine if it had been released in theaters it would have been censored more to keep that PG-13 rating though.

Yep. AFAIC the Bat family is the great unsung ace in the hole for comics in general. For a loner Batman sure has amassed a ridiculous amount of awesome supporting cast members. It always amuses me to think of one of the four Robins or three Batgirls or other assorted allies getting married to some rando spandex person and Batman having to make small talk with Booster Gold at Thanksgiving for the rest of his life cause Stephanie Brown made a bad life choice.
