Oh no, you haven't done that, its ok. What I mean is that I know that a lot of rich kids get very embarrassed about it and I think they're being stupid. Feel guilty for the fact that your wealth eventually comes down to the spoils of colonial oppression, sure, but don't feel embarrased about benefitting from that money once its there. Otherwise, what would be the point of making the money in the first place?

When I was very young I had an aversion to buttons.
I refused to wear anything that had them on. Even the sight of them would repulse me. Even the word "buttons" still to this day effects me.

during the summer i wear tennis shoes because i'd die before wearing open slippers....it's just uncool....( plus i hate feet ) :D

The most unpleasent site to me, is to see a single button on it's own on a mantlepiece, or put to one side because it's fallen off an item of clothing.
To the point where I have to pretend it's not there.

I also went through a phase of not wanting to walk through doorways as a kid.
