Red Alert 2, I used to love that game. There were some hilarious mods for it.

Unfortunately I can't get the cut scenes working for Red Alert 2 which takes a lot of the fun out of the campaign. Still trying to figure that out. It's one of the worst games to get running on a modern PC I've ever seen.

You need an emulator, or maybe try right clicking the icon and check the Compatibility tab in the Properties and see if anything helps with the settings in that.

Bruh I've spent days on this looking at everything I could find on the internet about everything that goes wrong with the game. Getting the game to start was a task, getting the menu to show up was a task, getting the menu to work after it showed up was a task, getting the game to play in fullscreen was a task, getting the game to play in a resolution that didn't make units look like ants was a task. Cut scenes is just where I've currently said **** it I'll figure it out later.

Have you tried any of the compatibility settings?
