Holy! Isn't the healthy weight something like 180 pounds?

Bear in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so you could weigh a LOT and still not be fat, if you're buff.

I dont think thats very accurate unless if they mean by medium...skrawny. Im 165lbs and a bit over 5'11'' not very muscular or fat. But I do have a bit of a beer pouch developing over my beltline.

There used to be a rule for adding a pound a year, i think it was, after age 50, but that would appear to have changed.

Your 'frame' size can be checked by measuring your wrist:

Body frame size? Small frame, medium frame, large frame?.

According to that I'm fucking obese. Do I seriously look overweight let alone obese?:

I never take much stock in those references.

I'm underweight according to that. :( I'm 5"5 and 110 pounds.

FaSho 10-13-2008 02:38 PM

Yeah but you are young. Plenty of time for those beers to add a few pounds ;) Up until I was 20 I was running at about 124 for 5'6". Those beers have caught up with me, although I weight trained for a few years and have good tone still.
