Moderators (Poll) - Who is the least convenient?

Alrite, by now were past the point of ridiculous so we might as well just keep going. I want people to elaborate on the mods as well, for instance explain what annoys you about them or on the other hand what impresses you about them.
I have tried to include all, sorry if I missed any out!

Im in the process of doing the poll, but dont have enough entrants. I need more names of mods to include, so far I have Right Track, Jackhammer, Urban Hatemonger, Toretorden & Sleepy Jack (who Im not sure if hes even a mod).
