Your thread was a pleasure to bump, Mindfulness: it's a question that can apply to everyone, and it's always relevant, because it's always "today."

"Universally relevant" may not be the way to describe today's post, from page 18 of the Classic Rock sub-section, though I personally am quite happy to take a look at these guys:-
