Repetitive classic songs? :/

Don't Bring Me Down by Electric Lights Orchestra or ELO is one of the most repetitive songs I have ever heard. It's saving grace is that people are mostly focused on who the hell Bruce is in DBMD. :D It's actually groos and ELO has said they made up groos for fun, but coincidentally there is a German greeting called something like grus which is a greeting. Fans have wondered if ELO was maybe trying to incorporate the German greeting into DBMD, but it REALLY wouldn't make sense to be like,"Don't bring me down, hi!" If groos was said BEFORE "Don't bring me down is said, then the greeting would fit in more.

Edwyn Collins - The Campaign For Real Rock. The repitition is in the long ending, Hey Jude-like but much more biting: "Yes, yes, yes, it's the summer festival/the truly detestable summer festival."

"Gorgeous George" reminds me of that scene from Snatch with another highly repetitive song

Surfin' Bird by The Trashmen is a VERY repetitive Classic song. It's saving grace is Peter Griffin being a HUGE fan of it and bringing new life to it. And... Maybe the music video for it where the Front man tries to mimic an actual bird..If the bird was out of its mind! :D A Poster on the Surfin' Bird video said something like,"Call the psych ward! One of the patients escaped and did this video! :D
