Default Is $25 a good concert price for a band that just released their Demo?

So, there's a Fictional Band named Cake Cream who used to be just opening Acts and do gigs at places like Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, etc, but they just released their demo. And for their first Concert, their Manager, I'll call him Alex said tickets should be $25 because this is their first Headlining Concert, not them as Opening Acts or doing a couple of songs in say a Nightclub, so tickets should be only $25 and tickets can be $300 when you're a Rolling Stone! So, is $25 a good concert price for a band that just released their Demo?
