There are endless songs about "Oh my baby's so wonderful, serves me love on a silver platter blah blah blah", as well as songs about breaking up with Mr./Ms. Wonderful and how miserable it makes the protagonist: "Since you left i've been so sad I water the lawn with my tears", ad naseum. There are far fewer songs about exes getting back together again.

First, a couple of obvious ones:

Peaches & Herb - Reunited
Mel & Tim - Starting All Over Again

A less obvious one:

Jonathan Edwards (the guy who had a hit with "Sunshine") - Everybody Knows Her ("she wants you back again/try her love again)
