I know the picture makes it look maxed out, but I think it can go up to 200 and beyond - it's just incredibly rare. I'm guessing the OMIs can be approximated by a normal distribution meaning that there's probably no defined upper limit.

147 is pretty high. i am at 105 and i thought that was a little too high for me actually.
