Was broked for a few days but seems to be up and running again for me. What music player are you using Tumor, is it giving you any error messages or anything?

I use iTunes and I usually scrobble my iPod manually after it scrobbles it because it misses some stuff. Even after I do it manually, it still misses at least a third of the tracks I listened to. The tracks I listen to on my computer usually scrobble okay although not for the last few days. (week?)
iTunes hasn't been giving me any error messages and I read the article on last.fm about it's recent site errors. Last time I checked it was supposed to be fixed. Should I switch players? What should I switch to that will scrobble and synch up with my iPhone?

That sometimes happens to me when I sync my iPod, it misses most of my plays or only a small number of plays show up. I'm nearly sure it's an iPod software problem rather than an iTunes or last.fm software problem. What I usually do is restore the factory settings on my iPod every now and again and it seems to solve the problem. I've also noticed that when I listen to playlists on my iPod it usually messes up the last.fm scrobbles when I sync it, so I try not to listen to playlists on my iPod.
I only use iTunes to manage the music on my iPod and to scrobble last.fm plays from it. I've tried using various plug-in with foobar2000 and WinAmp to sync my iPod but I couldn't find anything that worked to my satisfaction, so I kept iTunes just for my iPod and it's pretty much the best thing to use with it. I wouldn't use iTunes as a music player though, go with either WinAmp or foobar2000, they run a lot smoother and are more user-friendly. You can then download last.fm plugins for them to scrobble your plays.
