Mediamonkey asked me to update 'to fix a bunch of bugs' (that I wasn't aware of) and everything is ****ed. I've been trying to get songs to scrobble for like four days now. They pop up as 'listening now' but when the song ends it doesn't stick as a play. It just shows the next song I'm listening to. I got it to scrobble two songs somewhere in the middle of my restarting everything and then it stopped working again. I'm going to start pulling hairs out soon.

You may have already tried this, but I had a similar problem with MM when I updated it and had to change my Submission Rules (Tools>Last.fm service>Submission Rules). For some reason updating MM changed them.

Also, when you go to Submission Rules, if you have the box checked that says "Only submit tracks that are part of the library", but you haven't Added/rescanned your files to the library (which you have to do after you update), it won't scrobble them then either.

I may be late to this, but I had no idea you could scrobble Grooveshark songs to last.fm. I've been listening to albums on Grooveshark since last night because now I can scrobble what I listen to on there on my last.fm. No need to download albums.

Fawful-san

You can take a peek, not much to see there but whatever. Add me as a friend if you so please, I need people who can tell me what might be my kind of music.

I'm tinkering with it still.

Now things are scrobbling... sort of.

I just listened to 7 songs in a row. They scrobbled. The timestamp is way off and bouncing around.

I can't screenshot, but it looks like this:

Recently Listened Tracks:

Band - Song - Listening Now
Band - Song - 13 May 6:25PM
Band - Song - 12 May 3:09PM
Band - Song - 12 May 3:04PM
Band - Song - 17 May 1:34PM
Band - Song - 17 May 1:30PM

I just listened to those in a row. On May 19th. In the 1 o clock hour. The first 2 on the bottom seem right, but 2 days behind, and then it jumps backwards a week? And advances a day?

My super-eclectic score is currently

796/1000

So what's the purpose of this again? Can somebody give me the explanation of this in noob language?

My super-eclectic score used to be over 800 but then all my classic rock listening caught up with me
