Dance with the Devil, by Immortal Technique is probably the most depressing thing ever, kinda surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet really.

Fire Coming out of the Monkey's Head by Gorillaz.

Also, Creek Mary's Blood by Nightwish is pretty sad...
