I just heard on the news that Wilson Pickett died of a heart attack

Just saw that bit of news myself… Guess Mustang Sally ain't ridin' in the Midnight Hour no more.

Hmmm… Might be thinking of someone else - too lazy to Google right now.

I'm pretty sure that he was a big part of the Stax Record label's success back in the 60's.

yes he was also a big part of the Atlant records back in the sixties too
