Going to see Streetlight Manifesto's last show ever this weekend. ;__;

Not quite sure if I can make Andrew Bird though. Its a shame, I really wanted to see some one man orchestra action.

Murder City Devils are always awesome live. They just passed through town last month. I love those guys.

I was psyched when I learned that they still toured, at some point I'm going to go back and listen to all the releases.

I'm just missing one on lp. They were always ahead of their time with experimental sounding hardcore.

Its been a while since they've put anything new out, I'm thinking there might be a new release at some point.

Clutch next Tuesday!

X & The Blasters (Night One) | Observatory

The force is strong with this one. Also Neurosis on the 28th and Skinny Puppy on the 24th of January. Cool venue.

This is my next gig.

GNAW (Great Northern Amplifier Worship) Fest, now in its third year, at a local indie cinema/small gig venue.

Always love to see Waheela, local noise/psychedelic rock band. Play facing into their amps for maximum levels of noise and a wall of feedback.

Tide of Iron - big riffs, thunderous drums. I've been trying to get a drummer mate of mine to come and see them for ages simply because of how good their drummer really is.

I only caught a couple of minutes of Palehorse at Damnation Festival down in Leeds recently. Twin-bass doom. Sound nasty.

I've yet to see local We Are Knuckle Dragger or Cattle from Leeds, so I'm looking forward to those too. Should be a good night. It usually is.

They're pretty much the only reason why I'm going to Soundwave next year. Unless they do a Sidewave which I'm hoping. The line-up is shocking. :(

Hope it's a killer show!

It should be, Mojo's is a nice tight little venue. Hopefully I'll get to be all up close and personal with some of em.

My rockin eightee eight!
