Musicians, Where do you see yourself in 5 yrs?
 

Musicians, where do you see yourself in 5 yrs? Do you have a strategy, goals, a business plan toward success? And what would you call musical success? How are you planning on getting from your town to making a living at music? Or do you think it just takes luck?

I see myself fufilling my career in aerospace/mechanical engineering and playing guitar still.

working as a graphic designer or art director and still playng guitar, maybe picked up bass by then too.

I see myself doing exactly what i am now...nothing. Well i hope not anyway.

I see myself in a semi-successful local band. (In five years I will only be 20) As the guitarist and perhaps vocalist.

playing as an opening for bigger bands at local clubs

same, only on drums and i'll be avoiding the vocals department.

i see my self still in my band (maybe) and driving around in a car wicked!!!!

I'll be in college.

wait, 5 years, i was thinking 10. ok, then i'll be a poor university student, maybe i'll have pawned my guitar and amp for food
