Theoretically, I should like Tom Waits; I like a lone voice with eccentric lyrics, but have never yet put in the time to properly listen to his stuff.

Good old MB, always ready to go off-topic if it can find an issue petty enough ! In a similar vein, this is my two cents on TW: he is the only artist I know whose name is a grammatically complete sentence: Tom waits.
