Well if we`re talking fans of one band i`ll nominate Tool fans.

Your average Tool fan strikes me as being a metal kid who is desperatly trying to prove themselves and uses the bands name to prove that they listen to sophisticated music too.

I can deal with any hard core fans, but if they're posers that have no idea what they're talking about they get annoying as sh*t.

From my experience I have seen the most emo posers than anything, so I'll go with that...

I go with Classic/Southern Rock fans. FINAL ANSWER.

Easily, I know two chicks who think punk and all of its "culture" make you superior and unquestionably awesome, though I will say your stab at Pitchfork was amazing because that web site is a waste of eSpace.

We don't have Emo's over here. Well, at least none that I'm aware of. Over here the worst kind of fans are all the pubescent hardcore badass G-Unit's.
