Yeah Jimi obviously wasn't a technically proficient as someone like Batio, but at the time what he did with the instrument was revolutionary. Also he put emotion into his playing and it really showed.
Super fast shred stuff gets boring fast anyway and, in my opinion, Emotion > Speed everytime. |
