No problem! :D I love it. His older EP, See Birds, is great as well.

I've always had a penchant for dreamy music, so this is right up my alley.

Among Giants, The New and Very Welcome, Manqué, Tyler Daniel Bean - 2040 Split
http://f.bandcamp.com/z/42/56/4256058262-1.jpg

A really nice split available for free on each their individual bandcamps (except for Manqué, but it will be soon.) It's also for sale on cassette, but only 99 were made. These are some very talented amateur musicians and it's definitely worth a listen.

Also I ordered Into It. Over It. - Twelve Towns on vinyl.

It's pretty much a compilation album of all his tracks he included on splits with other artists, all named after towns. The songs are fantastic, and the vinyl is Red! I get excited too easily.

Luminous Orange - Drop You Vivid Colours (2003)
A pretty good Japanese shoegaze band. The album didn't quite grab me on the first listen but it sounds a good bit better on the second listen. The band have been around since 1992 and cite My Bloody Valentine and Sonic Youth as key influences, which you can tell from their sound. The band have a mixture of English and Japanese lyrics like Asobi Seksu and throw in some nice skewed guitars that give their sound some originality. I might investigate this band further.

Malory - Outerbeats (2001)
This is just wonderful. I've been putting off this band for quite some time now and I'm beginning to wonder why. This is a magical collision of shoegaze, dream-pop and ambient electronica that takes your breath away. The wonderful layers of guitars, ethereal boy-girl vocals and electronic beats blend together perfectly into an incredible and uplifting sound. If you're a fan of shoegaze and dream-pop this is a must have.

Frodus - And We Washed Our Weapons in the Sea (2001)

Pretty awesome post-hardcore/math rock band here from D.C. Definitely not like a lot of the other bands from that scene though, these songs seem to be a lot darker and more dissonant, I love the bass too.

I hope you enjoy the new Horrors album more than I did, just didn't hit me the same way Primary Colours did.

Light Bearer - Lapsus (2011)

New post-rock/post-metal album from a relatively new band from England. The album follows Luficer as he's banished from Heaven and becomes ruler of Hell, and while it's not the most original story (Deathspell Omega covered it better) it's still ambitious for a first album. The album really does a good job at creating a tidal wave of emotions, so if you like post-rock and post-metal then definitely check it out.

Still not bored of whimsical English songs about Bananas yet. (Even though there aren't any on this album)
