DELANEY & BONNIE - ON TOUR WITH ERIC CLAPTON (1970) Delaney & Bonnie had some tight touring bands, featuring the likes of Duane & Greg Allman, Leon Russel, George Harrison, Steve Howe and Rita Coolidge. This line-up, featuring Eric Clapton, mostly went on to work on All Things Must Pass but first made this slice of southern-rock/gospel/country/boogie recorded live in 1970. Plenty of heart, plenty of soul, some pitch-perfect harmonies. I can't always get on board with Clapton but this is immense, and Clapton plays a supporting role. |

Going through the albums that won Grammys to see what all the fuss is about.
Listened to Harry Styles Harry's House I mean I get it. Should it have won over Renaissance from Bey not so sure. |
