Songs wot strippers dance to.

Now, despite being given many, many free entry tickets for strip clubs and lap dancing clubs in the past (I have no idea why its always me they give tickets to) I've never been in such a place and most likely never will.

However, I'm somewhat obsessed with the idea that at least some of our bands music must be suitable for strippers to dance to. Don't ask. Anyway, what I'd like is those of you who have perhaps been to a strip or lap-dance club, or those of you who just happen to know what kind of music they play... CAN YOU SUGGEST SOME SPECIFIC SONGS WHICH ARE MOST SUITABLE FOR IT SO THAT WE CAN STEAL THE RHYTHM SECTION IDEAS AND USE THEM IN OUR SONGS??

The first such song has its lyrics here, I'm thinking Deftone influenced guitar and vocals, with bass and drums based more on the songs which are suggested.

Actually, there was a thread about music for stripping to a few months ago, wasn't there? Somebody point me in that direction!

Ain't Talking Bout Love is the first that comes to mind.

In fact, Van Halen are pretty much the best stripper band there is. :D

Saetia - Notres Langues Nous Trompent

id be down with a stripper and that song :)

MURDER JUNKIE 10-23-2006 10:09 PM

It sucks because it is so predictable and in any given night at least 3 skanks will dance to it. Probably the coolest thing I've ever seen a stripper dance to was KMFDM "A Drug Against War". I enjoyed it so much that I felt obligated to get 3 lap dances from her http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f3...p/badteeth.gif

Edit: For Boo Boo

almost ANYTHING by NIN could be a stripper song

MURDER JUNKIE 10-23-2006 11:39 PM

Funny that, I don't find anything sexy about them at all

More skanks need to dance to Danko Jones and KISS

But Spike can dance to anything she wants to and I'm sure I'd enjoy it http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f3...p/badteeth.gif

Gorillaz-Dare and Powerman 5000-Matrix Remix are my girl's favorites.

IndiElectronica 10-24-2006 09:14 AM

TONS of Lords of Acid songs that will fit here. She was a stripper at one point as well....

Divinyls - I Touch Myself

quite a bit of classic metal songs I've been told are used too. Girls Girls Girls, love in an elevator, etc... :)

fattyboomboom21 10-24-2006 02:18 PM

def leppard...acdc...warrant...most mutt lange produced artists.....i wonder if anyone could do it to a doors song.

Raine 10-24-2006 03:09 PM

I could've sworn I replied to this already but. . .

Freak Like me - Adina Howard
Closer - NIN
Everyday - NIN
Superman - Eminem
Buttons - The Pussy Cat Dolls
Fever - Love and Rockets

and that's all I can think of.
Although given the strippers and blondes that I know, music isnn't always really necessary

NaNaNer 01-02-2007 02:27 PM

You can strip to anything..I knew girls that stripped to everything from Outkast to 50 Cent to ACDC...its all about the stage performance what you wear what you feel like dancing to.

skindredluver 01-02-2007 02:28 PM

Thats true i guess but i think its mostly rap and pop

NaNaNer 01-02-2007 02:33 PM

Could be I used to dress like a nurse one night and dance to Robert Palmer's Bad Case of Loving you..and then another night I would put on a school girl costume and dance to Hot for the Teacher..

skindredluver 01-02-2007 02:34 PM

Weird songs and bands people strip to.

The Unfan 01-02-2007 02:59 PM

For my 18th I got a strip tease to You Suffer by Napalm Death. Probably not the best choice, but it was the best gift I ever had.

NaNaNer 01-02-2007 03:00 PM

There was this chick that did bachelor parties that once did a lap dance to that song..

She was kinda weird.

skindredluver 01-02-2007 03:09 PM

That sounds really weird

JEK.Roflmao 01-02-2007 04:01 PM

the best song ever creted to strip to:

*****freak me by another level*****

and in second position:

***This is how we do it by Montell Jordan***

NaNaNer 01-02-2007 04:06 PM

^^ Oh god no...the only girl that ever stipped to This is how we do it was this white girl who wanted a grill...*shudder* she once asked to borrow my thong.

The Unfan 01-02-2007 04:20 PM

I think the best songs for stripping are cheesey 80s glam rock songs. Almost any of them work perfectly too.

JEK.Roflmao 01-02-2007 07:06 PM

hahah!

i can imagine it now "THIS IS HOW WE DO IT!!" and you bluntly interupt stating:
"no.. no.. please.. that is not how you do it..."
