Where do you get music from?
 

So, where do you get your music? I usually buy CD's from Borders, and I use soulseek and albumbase for more impossible-to-get stuff.

I buy some CD's, occasionally use Limewire, but lately most of my stuff has been from sharing threads here.

I buy lots of CDs, borrow some, and download some from Oink.

A Mixture of all them, i try to buy my CD's but soulseek and Torrents are very handy for when I want a preview, I do buy every CD i download by the way :) - Andy

I'm the music director for my college's radio station. AKA free CDs everyday.

i buy CDs, from distros, bands and Selectadisc. sometimes i download using upload sites.

Right now i'm useing itunes and albumbase.....Legal as in it's ok if I download, and to keep the governmont off my butt.

albumbase isnt legal...
pretty much if your downloading the copyrighted music, without paying for it its not gonna be legal.

Its legal as long as it isnt copyrighted.

I rarely buy cd's anymore. I get most of my music from Itunes store.

yeah, same here... i also check with my friends whether they have the song first... 9 times out of 10 they will have at least the song i'm after, or the entire CD that they've bought...

limewire 99% of the time, I'll buy the odd CD though.

Columbia House...................I got 11 of the best cd's for only 1 cent ;)

I buy from local bands and various labels that I keep up with. And I download like a mofo.

I still buy CDs, because it's always nice to get out of the house from time to time.
