MD files to Mp3 (cd, mp3, iPod, Computer)

I have an MD (mini-disc) player and I was wondering if anyone knew how to convert an MD file to Mp3 so that I could put it on a CD or on an Ipod?

I'm not sure how well it works but I will do it and let you know.

Well I'll tell you from experience with MD players. Don't connect both to the computer at the same time.
