Don't know if it's been brought up but I've always loved the Damned's cover of the Stooges 1970. It really captures that punk energy and the drumming is great cymbal smashing.

Anyone heard the jj cover of Lil Wayne - Lollipop, quite interesting and different.

Hey, I've heard that! I quite enjoyed that cover.... actually I liked it a whole ton better than the original which just plain annoys the hell outta me...

I'm going to post Tegan and Sara's Cover of Dancing in the Dark, because if they were to cover any Springsteen song, it would be this one

I have the live record they talk about in the beginning, and I felt pretty special when I heard what they said about the version of the River on there, which I totally identify with.

Pretty much this girl does the most beautiful covers I have ever heard. Maynard and Adam Jones of Tool have both often featured her videos in their blogs/ MySpace pages.

Speaking of the Damned, their version of Help is damn cool as well...

This girl who was busking played Laterus by Tool on her violin for me. I don't listen to much Tool but I thought it was pretty cool.

Probably even better than Metallica's.
