Default Music for Healing and Relaxation
Sound and music have been used for millennia to create change. But it is not all "in our minds", sound and music also affect our bodies. Snake charmers and fire walkers can attest to how sound and music can alter consciousness and make the body impervious to damage.

people who run across hot coals has to do with mind over matter... not music.

as far as im concerned its stupid as ****, because you still burn the **** out of your feet... even if you dont feel it at that instance.
