Velvet Underground ft(deserving)w

VU -highly influential, although Pavement was very close.
|
Slanted and Enchanted is such an amazing album. Nick Drake was a close second for me.
|
If Ni8ck Drake doesn't make it I will strangle someone..
|
I'd vote for him, but VU and Nico is so vastly superior.
|
almost went with Velvet Underground, but chose Ramones instead.

I would have voted for them in a few other groups. They were third for me here. |
^a tough seeding for sure
|
velvet underground with nico isnt such a good album, its got some good songs, like venus in furs, waiting for the man, sunday morning, and heroin. but nico's voice is dreadful. their self titled album is much more consistent. i wouldve voted nick drake if it wasnt closed

The Ramones piss all over the Velvet Underground and any of the other shitstains on the underwear of music that are found on that list.
J/k: but there must be a real generational thing going on here, cuz nobody my age from my side of the pond would EVER pick any of those albums over the Ramones |

Also opinions can be wrong. (and often are) I hate that retarded idiom. Yours is fine, I just don't share it. |
