The Gossip -Standing In The Way Of Control (Soulwax Nite Version)

Now that, is a tune to get you grooving.

kanye west - new work out plan
tila tequila - workout song
Phoenix - run run run
Powerman 5000 - when worlds collide
mostly any techno song works well though

it depends if your looking for pop, punk, rock (including most sub-genres), or metal.

I have suggestions for all those categories. Just pick which one you want

Marioplavljanic@yahoo.com 09-15-2007 08:25 PM

mmm how about some metal and rock.

djchameleon 09-16-2007 04:20 AM

alright well you should've said that earlier :P

These are the current rock/metal songs on my jogging playlist
Lordi - The Devil is a Loser
Lordi - Hard Rock Haleluja
Judas Priest - Breaking the law
Judas Priest - Paint it black
Jet - Put your money where your mouth is
Jet- Bring it on back
Iron Maiden - Different worlds
Incubus - Anna Molly
Flyleaf - Fully Alive
Bullet for my valentine - tears don't fall
Bullet for my valentine - Suffocating under words of sorrow
System of a down - Toxicity

The two jet songs I have on there provide a slow down pace and then I put a hard hitting song right after it to give me a pick me up.

Ok, you need crazy music, do go with some: mathcore, hard prog and death metal.

Dead Souls by Joy Division

Won't make you want to work out more but it'll make you realise the pointlessness of it all.

O'Bannion 11-12-2007 02:40 PM

Anything that is intense and with a constant beat.

I find myself listening to NIN's "Broken" EP when working out for the sheer intensity level it puts out constantly.

Surely you are joking with the lordi tracks? They are awful!

O'Bannion 11-13-2007 03:09 PM

America's Greatest Hits. No joke.

Second. Anything electronica or with a fast beat is good work out music in my eyes.

jackhammer 11-15-2007 06:43 PM

Daft Punk are so overated. Give me Freestylers or Krafty Kuts any day to work out to.

Dr_Rez 11-15-2007 10:22 PM

You need the band Chevelle. They will get you either mad or pumped and you will lift more...trust me

des_k 11-19-2007 06:11 AM
