Yo Stunt, I'm really happy for you, I'mma let you finish, but Glenn Branca had one of the best albums of all time.



Glenn Branca's The Ascension is considered to be the godfather of most noise rock, shoegaze and post-rock (1981), but when something comes off this good it doesn't really matter how you classify it...the sound speaks for itself.

Why not? Any particular reason?
I've found the only people that seem to hate it are the close-minded Proggy/Metalhead types, or people who only listen to Experimental music.
Same with VU&N, they all seem to hate that but they all seem to love White Light/White Heat, I think I posted that in the offbeat observations of music thread.
White Light/White Heat is BRILLIANT though.

It's good, but VU&N is better. Hell, even their S/T is better. But all 3 are still fantastic.
